Apex Pro Athletics Indoor Facility Rules:

  1. Safety First: Prioritize safety at all times and Follow all posted safety guidelines and instructions.

  2. Footwear: Wear appropriate athletic footwear. No metal cleats are allowed on the indoor turf surface.

  3. Equipment Usage: Use only approved baseball or softball equipment. Report any damaged or malfunctioning equipment immediately.

  4. Batting Cage Netting: Exercise caution to avoid collisions with walls and netting. Do not pull on the netting or tension cables.

  5. Booking and Reservations: Reserve your indoor batting cage session in advance through our online booking system. For team sessions or special events, please contact Apex Pro Athletics directly.

  6. Session Duration: Adhere to the booked time duration for your indoor session. Promptly exit the batting cage area at the end of         your allotted time.

  7. No Food or Drinks: No food or drinks are allowed inside the indoor batting cage area. Water in sealed, spill-proof containers is permitted.

  8. Turf Care: Do not bring gum, food, or drinks onto the indoor turf surface. Report any spills or debris on the turf to facility staff.

  9. Respectful Conduct: Treat fellow athletes, coaches, and staff with respect. Refrain from disruptive or inappropriate behavior.

  10. Supervision of Minors: Children under the age of 16 must be supervised by an adult at all times. Adults are responsible for ensuring children adhere to facility rules.

  11. Coach and Spectator Area: Designated areas are provided for coaches and spectators. Maintain a safe distance from the active indoor batting cage area.

  12. Cleanliness: Dispose of trash in designated bins. Keep the indoor facility clean and tidy.

  13. Injury Reporting: Report any injuries or accidents to facility staff immediately. First aid supplies are available at the front desk.

  14. Facility Staff Instructions: Follow instructions given by Apex Pro Athletics staff at all times. Report any concerns or issues promptly.

Apex Pro Outdoor Facility Rules:

Here's a list of property rules/expectations for guests of the batting cage facility:

  1. No throwing baseballs or any other objects in the parking lot. This will help avoid any unintentional accidents or damage to parked vehicles.

  2. No playing "Wall Ball" or any other games involving real baseballs outside of the designated batting cage area.

  3. Please park only in designated guest parking spots and avoid blocking access for other tenants or emergency vehicles.

  4. Supervise children at all times to ensure their safety and prevent any disturbances to other tenants.

  5. Use designated smoking areas, if applicable, and properly dispose of cigarette butts in provided receptacles.

  6. Respect quiet hours and avoid excessive noise that may disrupt neighboring businesses

  7. Dispose of trash and recyclables in the appropriate bins provided on-site.

  8. Follow all posted speed limits and traffic signs within the property premises.

  9. Do not tamper with or misuse any equipment or facilities belonging to the property.

  10. Report any maintenance issues, damages, or concerns to our office immediately. We will notify management promptly.

  11. Any unauthorized entry into restricted areas or other tenant spaces is strictly prohibited.

  12. Use of the batting cage facility is at your own risk; please follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided.

While we have taken every precaution to ensure a secure environment, it is essential to note that, on rare occasions, balls may break through the netting.

Participating in baseball activities involves inherent risks, and the use of real baseballs adds an additional element of unpredictability. We kindly ask all participants to be aware of their surroundings and exercise caution during your time at our facility.
